The Scottish Government's Digital Health and Care Directorate, working with our partners, are pleased to share with you the content for Scotland's annual digital health, housing and care conference, DigiFest.

 

Scotland's Digital Health and Care Event DigiFest, had a different format this year. A series of virtual workshops (satellite sessions) took place each week during November, leading up to a two-day virtual conference on 1 and 2 December 2021.

 
The DigiFest programme is aimed at all those who are working to deliver digitally enabled services in health, housing and care. A range of Scottish, UK and international keynote speakers contributed to this year's DigiFest. 
 
The satellite events are now available to view on-demand - registration is not required.  Select Satellite Sessions from the navigation list on the left of your screen.

 

If you were registered for the DigiFest conference which took place on 1-2 December - you can access all the content to view on-demand. Just use your registration to enter the virtual event platform, You can also view all the ePosters featuring Service Design and Research examples, and the event exhibitor information. 


The content for the conference which took place on 1-2 December will also be made available to view on-demand (without registration), in the coming weeks.



Themes

The programme for DigiFest21 showcased digitally enabled solutions in the context of, citizens, services, home and the environment. DigiFest21 themes included:

  • Scotland’s digital ambitions for renewing health and social care
  • Hybrid solutions: in-person and digitally enabled pathways
  • Digitally supported citizens 
  • The role of Public Health – building trusted services based on data and equity
  • Service sustainability and the role of digital health and care
  • Methodologies for developing digital solutions  
  • Sharing international good practice

 


Satellite Sessions

The programme development for DigiFest is a truly collaborative effort. The sessions were delivered by a range of organisations working to deliver digitally enabled services.
